Spotting & Radius Etiquette: This is for appreciating builds, not for stalking. Do not use the Radius or proximity data to follow, harass, or make anyone feel unsafe. If I see reports of misuse, I’ll remove the account.
Fair Play (Reciprocity): Privacy is a two-way street. Features like Plate Masking and Proximity Slabs work on "Fair Play" - you can only see others' masked details or proximity if you are sharing your own. No "ghost" lurking.
Interactions: Keep discussions respectful. We're here to talk about machines and the road. No spam, no hate speech, and no sharing private info about other owners. A "Nod" is a digital greeting; keep the interactions cool.
Social Sharing: When you use "Social Share" to generate a card, you are responsible for where it’s posted. We mask plates by default, but always double-check the "vibe" before sharing to external apps.
Roadtrips & Events: I’m providing tools to connect, but I’m not responsible for what happens on the road or venue. Ride/Drive responsibly and follow local laws. ATGATT!
It’s a "Beta": I’m a solo developer. The app might have bugs. By using this, you agree I’m not liable if a bug happens or data is lost.
Respect the "IO": I'm on a limited budget. Please don't use bots to scrape the app; it slows it down for everyone.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury).
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
The laws of the Country (India), excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
